Mr Nordjoe Francis has over seven (7) of experience in the areas of accountancy, finance, auditing, strategic management, policy analysis and oil and gas management both the upstream and downstream.

Mr Francis was the founding Managing Director for L.Link Petroleum Company limited, also He was the financial manager for calculus publication. he leads his team in auditing the warehouse manager and the all-regional managers to uncover loopholes in the company's financial system. He was also the senior account officer of Humano energy, he established the special unit that was responsible for auditing, monitoring and evaluating the retail outlet operations of the company.

Mr Nordjoe holds a master's of business administration in petroleum accounting and finance from the University of professional studies. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from an evangelical Presbyterian university affiliated with the university of cape coast. He also has a diploma certificate in business administration, human resource management and financial management from the Institute of Commercial Management, UK, he is a partly qualified chartered accountant with CA- Ghana and hoping to complete it in a few months to come.

His areas of expertise among other things are managing accounts records of all transactions, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing and publishing financial statements, cash management Overseeing account operation, account receivables and account payables Supervise the preparation of bank reconciliation. Other areas of expertise include developing financial management mechanisms that minimize risk and evaluate for cost reduction opportunities, manage the company’s financial accounting system and liaise with auditors to ensure the annual auditing is carried out. Manage the company budget and be abreast with changes in financial regulations. Designing corporate financial regulation and ensuring its implementation.

Mr Majeed Asare has over ten (10) working experience in the oil and gas industry. He rose through the ranks to a senior account officer at pacific oil Ghana. As well as west Africa petroleum company limited. He is very experienced in accounting, auditing and finance in the oil and gas industry. Mr Majeed holds a diploma in business administration and a degree in accounting all from the University of Professional Studies.

Mr Clifford is a renowned mechanical engineer with over seven(7) years of experience in project management, procurement and supply chain management expert. He also has experience in the following areas, preparation of procurement plan, reporting and coordinating contracts, inspection of goods and determination of procurement methods, evaluation of quality supply equipment and provision of technical guidelines and strategic purchasing, monitoring activities and reports.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply chain management from Maritime University. He also has a certificate in maintenance management and reliability engineering. He is currently pursuing an international institute of chartered project management (IICPM) with the Graduate Institute of Maintenance Management Professionals.
